He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip Jandik and Joan Jandik; and his brother-in-law Pat W. Murphy. He is survived by: his sister Kim Murphy of Howell; his nephew Patrick T. Murphy of Howell; and his friend Stormie Polhemus of Jackson.
