He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Tom and Romaine Mahalchick. He is survived by: his parents, Tom Mahalchick and Loree Mahalchick; his sister Dr. Tiffany (Michael Pastore); his grandparents, Richard and Nancy Swisstack; and his aunts and uncles, Nancy Swisstack, Richie, Lori Swisstack, Mikey, Jen Swisstack and Bill Mahalchick.
