He is survived by: his daughter Debbie Bowman; his sister Irene Marks-Braly; his grandson Christopher Bowman; his nephew John C. Braly (Tricia VanDyk); his nieces, Gwen Braly and Leanne Braly; and his close friend Frank Herbert.
