She is survived by: her children, Henry Wheat (Jean) of Saco, Richard "Buck" Wheat (Pixie) of Charleston, SC and Judith Wheat of Arlington, Virginia; and her grandsons, Scott Sawicki of Arlington and Aaron Wheat of Charleston.
