She is survived by: her husband Wieslaw; her sons, Stanley Goworek of Howell, John Goworek (Lisa) of Middletown and Robert Goworek (Barbara Ann) of Oakland; and her grandchildren, Jade, Kyle, Samantha and Matthew.
