She is survived by: her children, Christopher, Nicholas Miscia of Howell, Giana and Isabella Chiappone of Barnegat; her parents, Robert Schmitt and Janice Schmitt of Howell; her siblings, Robert Schmitt of Freehold and MaryAnne Hofer (Brett) of Byram; and her nieces and nephews, Jessica, Michael, Julia, Olivia and Hollis. She is also survived by friends and extended family.
