He is survived by: his wife Catherine Mazzola (Edwards); his children, Steven (Hannah), Joseph, Ryan, Hailey (Travis) and Gabriella; his sister Jessica Mazzola (family: Juan, Alessio Hincapie); and his siblings-in-law, Christine and Albert Daggett.
