He is survived by: his wife Karen; his daughters, Stephanie Farthing (Casey) and Laura Hasbrouck (James); his parents, James Harmer and Virginia Grande Harmer; his mother-in-law Margaret Norton; his grandchildren, Callan, Kaiden and Lochlan; his sister Lauren Ruthrauff (Bill); and his brothers-in-law, Brian and Timothy. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and one great nephew and one great niece.
