She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Otto Einsiedler; her brother Thomas Xavier; her grandmother Victoria Coppinger; her daughter Crystal (Michael Fiorenze); her grandchildren, Aidan, Ren and Laurel Fiorenze; her sister-in-law Kelli Coppinger; her parents, Nina Coppinger and Thomas Coppinger; and her siblings, Brian, Kim (Salvatore Tagliarino), Desiree and Dawn Coppinger. She was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her memory to the American Cancer Society.
