He was predeceased by: his parents, George Jr. Dorchak and Ann P. Dorchak; and his brother George Dorchak III. He is survived by: his son Peter J. Dorchak Jr.; and his siblings, Richard A. Dorchak, Jo-Ann Dorchak Gay, Kristine Dorchak and Susan Dorchak Williams.
