He was predeceased by: his wife Ellen Collins. He is survived by: his children, Chris Collins (Mary) of Howell, Sarah McKnight (Sean) of Howell and Amy Collins of Howell; his grandchildren, Chloe McKnight, Gavin McKnight and Anna Collins; and his siblings, Richard Chocolate (Cindy), Michael Chocolate (Linda) of Old Bridge and Catherine Pittochelli (Raymond).
