He is survived by: his spouse Pat Mandica; his children, Kim, Diane, Tracey and Jack Fernandez; his children-in-law, Jon Harsin, Pablo Barajas and Christien Tucker; his grandchildren, Alex, Justin, Brett, Damara, Adrian, Julia, Mariah, Ariana, Sage and Eva; his great grandchild Jeremiah; and his brother John Mandica (Kitty Mandica). He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
