He was predeceased by: his wife Marian Rainone; and his siblings, Ann Ferrara and Alexander Rainone. He is survived by: his daughters, Joan Kopko of Toms River and Janis Rainone (Andre Benacchio) of Howell; his sister Louise Miele; and his significant other Ann Milano of Avenel. He is also survived by many nieces' nephews and cousins.
