She was predeceased by: her parents, Anna Havrilchak (Rusen) and Stephen Havrilchak. She is survived by: her children, Melanie Willoughby of West Windsor, Thomas Willoughby (Margaret) of Woodbridge and Stephen Willoughby (Judy) of Middletown; and her grandsons, Lucas and Peter Willoughby.
