It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Manuel F. Santiago of Howell, New Jersey, born in Newark, New Jersey, who passed away on November 25, 2022, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Manuel Santiago and Genevieve Santiago Lyman; and his wife Theodora "Teddy" Santiago. He is survived by: his children, Robert Santiago (Lori), Amy Cassidy (Tony), Tracy Huebsch (John Early) and Jeffrey Santiago (Beth); his grandchildren, Krista (Mike), Kaitlan (Anthony), Ashley Curtis (Matt), Chris (Amanda Rose), Amanda Nicole (Vinny), Luke, Joshua, Ian and Sophia; his great grandchildren, Anabella, Carlo, Delaney, Colette, Charlie, Lillyanna, Remy and Theodore "Teddy"; and his brother James. He is also survived by Nonna and her Italian cooking, his aunts, uncles and playing with his cousins.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Manuel's memory to Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, PO Box 781352, Philadelphia, PA 19178-1352, or American Cancer Society, 2310 Rt. 34., Suite 1D, Manasquan, NJ 08736 and would be greatly appreciated.

“I am sorry to hear of Manny's passing. He was a true gentleman and loved his family. He was always comfortable to be with and you could see that he was happy. I was unable to attend the funeral of Teddy due to COVID but I am more than 2 hours away from the funeral home and will not be attending this service. It is not because I don't care but just circumstances. My thoughts and prayers are with you all. cousin Lee Daly”
