She was predeceased by: her husband Vasily Serge; her parents, Vasily Kurochkin and Maria Kurochkin; her son Peter Zakurdaew; her daughter-in-law Kathy; and her brother-in-law Herman Krueger.
She is survived by: her son Alexander Serge (Janice) of Howell; her sister Elena Krueger of Jackson; and her grandchildren, Christopher Serge (Emily), Andrew Serge, Emily Serge, McKinley Zakurdaew and Lida Zakurdaew.
