It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph Scotto of Howell, New Jersey, born in Brooklyn, New York, who passed away on November 18, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Scotto and Giuseppina Scotto; and his siblings, Michael Scotto and Theresa Lawlor. He is survived by: his wife Pauline Scotto; his children, Joseph Scotto, Jr. (Carrie) of Wall and Jennifer Scotto of Howell; his grandchildren, Nicole Scotto, Robert Kafarski, Christopher Kafarski and Joseph Scotto, III; and his stepgrandchildren, Taylor Kotch and Ryan Kotch.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 24th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home (100 Elton-Adelphia Rd, Freehold Township, NJ 07728). A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, November 25th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church (31 Asbury Rd, Farmingdale, NJ 07727). A burial will be held on Monday, November 25th 2024 at 12:30 PM at the St. Rose of Lima Catholic Cemetery (299 Freehold-Englishtown Rd, Freehold, NJ 07728).
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Joe may may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
