He was predeceased by: his siblings, James, William Scharr and Kathleen Reilly. He is survived by: his sister Linda Chatterton of Howell; his sister-in-law Bernadette Scharr of Avon; and his nieces, Melissa Dietz, Denise Doherty and Ellen Kobil. He is also survived by grand nephew; and five grand nieces.
