He was predeceased by: his parents, John Costigan and Mary Costigan. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Costigan of Howell; his sister Sheila (Larry) of West Allenhurst; and his cousins, James Maloney (Ann) of Long Branch, Steve McCrystal (Elaine) of Lakewood and Phil Davis (late Karen) of Wall. He is also survived by loving family members and good friends.
