He is survived by: his wife Carole Fogarty (Lichtenstein); his children, Daniel Fogarty (Heather) of Brick and Kim Holzapfel (Scott) of Howell; his siblings, Pat Fogarty (Mary Jean) of Pleasantville, NY, Bill Fogarty and Margaret Clarke (Bob) of Pleasantville, NY; and his grandchildren, Sam Holzapfel, Jake Holzapfel, Jamie Fogarty and Sean Fogarty.
