She was predeceased by: her husband Dindilell Sookhoo (Ivan); and her siblings, Inez Sookhoo (Berma), Seebarack, Seasnarine and Deocathahand Basdeo.
She is survived by: her children, Bhagmattie Persaud (Edrick), Gaietiy Singh and Chandradat Sookhoo (Gaitrie); her grandchildren, Christopher (Anesa), Avinash, Christine, Annela and Lurien; her great grandchildren, Shanaya and Kai; and her siblings, Jassoda and Parasam.
Visitation was held on Sunday, April 13th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home (100 Elton-Adelphia Rd, Freehold Township, NJ 07728). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 at 8:00 AM at the same location.
