It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Walter Offill Jr. of Howell, New Jersey, born in Ponca City, Oklahoma, who passed away on May 16, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Elfriede Offill. He is survived by: his daughter Sylvia Meinheit of Georgia; and his grandsons, Heath Meinheit of Brick and Garrett Meinheit of Georgia. He is also survived by four great grandchildren; and a host of friends.
