He was predeceased by: his parents, James A. White and Marguerite C. White; and his sister Diane Kopec. He is survived by: his sons, Andrew James White (Jessica) of New Egypt, NJ, Grant Lee White (Olivia Price) and Anthony Thomas Damasco III (Amanda) of Vero Beach, FL; his sister Denise White of Jackson Twp; his niece Angela Lesko (Joseph) of Lakehurst, NJ; his brother-in-law Richard Frank Kopec of Lakehurst, NJ; and his former wife Linda Kelvy (John). He is also survived by his 4 grandchildren.
