Kaczmark, Sr. of Middle Village, Queens; his sisters, Marie Marcinkowski (Tom) of Melbourne, FL and Nicolette Kaczmark (Danielle) of Middle Village, Queens; and his nephews, Matthews and Liam. He is also survived by other family members and dear friends.
