It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Geraldine H O'Connell of Howell, New Jersey, born in Brooklyn, New York, who passed away on November 14, 2024, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Robert O'Connell; her parents, Raymond Kelly and Helen Kelly; her siblings, Raymond Kelly, Eugene Kelly and Vivian Kelly-Cunningham; and her granddaughter Jillian McLaughlin.
She is survived by: her children, Joseph McLaughlin (Debra McLaughlin) of Walton, NY, Marianne Cassano (Dan) of Old Bridge, John McLaughlin of Staten Island, Geraldine O'Dowd (Danny) of Point Pleasant and Erin O'Connell of Howell; her grandchildren, Kelly and Nicole; and her great grandchildren, Aliyah and Regan.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the O'Brien Funeral Home - Brick (505 Burnt Tavern Rd, Brick Township, NJ 08724). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
