He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Rubano and Hester Rubano. He is survived by: his wife Eileen McGurl Rubano of Howell; his nephew William L. Pillis III (Kelly) of Colts Neck; his friend Monroe Freeman (Roe) of Keysville, VA; and his pets, Maltese Rosie and Peanut. He is also survived by his wife's loving family, cousins and many close friends.
