It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of David Anthony Sharkey of Howell, New Jersey, born in Kearny, New Jersey, who passed away on September 18, 2022, at the age of 53, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Sharkey and Isobel Sharkey; and his brother Mark Sharkey. He is survived by: his siblings, John Sharkey of Point Pleasant, Stephen Sharkey (Nicole) of Brick and Michele Estes (Jason) of Howell; his nieces and nephews, Lauren (Jake), Colleen, Jessica, Jacqueline, Nicole, John, Isabella and Andrew; and his uncle John Toner of California.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his name to the local chapter of the American Cancer Society.
