He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Heithmar and Edwarda Heithmar; his former wife Laura; his son David Jr.; and his brother Jeffrey Heithmar.
He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Watson; his stepsons, G. Bryce Watson and Mark B. Watson; his siblings, Debbie Manko, Chris Bolcar, Judy Salmon, Steven Heithmar, Jimmy Heithmar and Douglas Heithmar; his daughter Nicole Edelson (Peter Edelson); and his grandchildren, Roman, Nicolas, Mia, Cole and Hunter. He is also survived by uncle to his nieces, nephews, and all of their children.
At David's request, in lieu of flowers donations can be made to a charity of your choice or plant a tree or garden in his memory.
