She was predeceased by: her husband John Adamczyk; her son John L. Adamczyk; and her parents, Lawrence Schaeffer and Teresa Schaeffer. She is survived by: her son-in-law Gordon; her grandchildren, Taylor and John; her children, Robert R. Adamczyk (Cindy), Joseph J. Adamczyk (Sherry) and Teresa A. Hulme (Gordon); and her daughter-in-law Eleanor. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; and several great grandchildren.
