She was predeceased by: her son Jay Edward Welsh; her parents, Vincent Rizzio and Jean Rizzio; and her brother Joseph Rizzio. She is survived by: her sons, Kenneth Welsh of Howell and Mark Welsh of Howell; and her brothers, Anthony Rizzio of Jersey City, Vincent Rizzio of Jersey City, Michael Rizzio of Jersey City and John Rizzio of Colorado.
