He was predeceased by: his wife Claire Helen Giannattasio. He is survived by: his grandchild Apple; his children, Suzanne O'Brien (Jason) of Tuckerton and Matthew Giannattasio (Dana) of Jackson; and his sister Mary Rose Minoughan (Tim) of Hazlet. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
