She was predeceased by: her husband Kenneth Carlsen; and her son Richard Benley Carlsen. She is survived by: her daughters, Karin Anne (Scott Frueh) and Julie K. (Peter Curtin); her grandchildren, Kirsten Frueh, Kenneth Frueh, Ian Curtin, Kaija Curtin and Hannah Curtin; and her great grandchild Abrianna Hiner.

Memorial donations to the American Cancer Society would be appreciated.
