He was predeceased by: his son Michael Christopher Kuschyk; and his parents, Elizabeth Kuschyk and Michael Kuschyk. He is survived by: his wife Julia Kuschyk; his children, Kyle Kuschyk and Kristie; his son-in-law Connor Luff; his brother John Kuschyk; his mother-in-law Maria Toth; his nieces and nephews, John Kuschyk Jr., Chris O'Hara, Tyler Toth and Stacy Haines; his great-nephew Johnny; and his brothers-in-law, Chuck Toth (Debbie) and Chuck O'Hara (Maria).
