He is survived by: his parents, Mauro "Chick" Luciano and Frances Luciano; his brother Mark Luciano; his daughter Vicki Hartley; his wife Cindy; his children, Guy Luciano of Knoxville, IA, Leah Perry (Trevor) of Braintree, MA and Antonia Luciano of Hopewell; and his grandchildren, Julian, JD and Josie Perry. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Frank's name to the American Diabetes Association.
