He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Blauvelt and Alice Blauvelt (late Anita Blauvelt). He is survived by: his children, Henry Blauvelt (Carol), Robert Blauvelt (Jane) and Anne Blauvelt; his grandchildren, David Blauvelt, Christine Blauvelt, Sarah Blauvelt, Daniel Blauvelt, Joseph Juleff and Isabella Juleff; and his great grandchildren, Gregory Blauvelt, Theodore Blauvelt and Claire Heinz.
