She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Roy Bowser and Charlotte Savannah Flynn Bowser; her sister Thelma Ickes; her son John Rizzo Sr.; her granddaughter Lisa Dilks (Rizzo); and her close friend Sandra Overs.
She is survived by: her children, Debra Bowser of Pittsgrove, Marie Whitson (Dave) of Pittsgrove, Roselee Rizzo of Laurel Lake, James Bowser (Suzy) of Grenloch, NJ and Albert Rizzo (Kimberlee) of Bridgeton, NJ; and her sister Leona Smith of Virginia Beach, VA. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren, and many cousins, nieces, nephews and many friends.
