He was predeceased by: his parents, Pedro Cruz-Pabon and Maria Theresa Rivera; and his brother Ruben Cruz, Sr.. He is survived by: his birth mother Lydia Ortiz; his children, Antonio Cruz, Lillian Ramirez (Vidal) of Hopewell Twp and Marisol Cruz of Fairfield Twp; his grandchildren, Maria Roman, Louis Roman III, Vidal X. Ramirez, Vidalis Ramirez, Qysheem A. Cruz, Emany D. Cradle, Bernasia S. Burden, A'miyah P. Burden and Jada L. Cruz; his great grandchild Kaylani L. Negron; and his siblings, Andres Gonzales, Eva Gonzales, Doris Gonzales, Carmen Quintana and Maricella Cruz-Brown. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other extended family.
