She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph C. Turpin, Jr.; her children, Joseph C. Turpin III and Jennifer Turpin; her siblings, Pearl Stevens, Jeanne Cole and William Stevens; her sister-in-law Sandra Stevens; her parents, Martin Stevens and Elizabeth Stevens; and her pets, Buffy, Nip, Tuck, Brewtus, Molly and Max.
She is survived by: her son Greg Turpin; her daughter-in-law Katharine; her grandson Matthew; and her pet Maggie Ann.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to First United Methodist Church, 266 East Commerce Street in Bridgeton.
