He was predeceased by: his parents, Edmond E. Clarke and Birdie Shelton Clarke Edwards. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Maurer Clarke; his children, James R. Clarke, Jr. (Aimee) of York, PA and Lori Clarke Steiner (Curt) of Naperville, IL; his grandchildren, Kevin Clarke, Jeffrey Clarke, Brian Clarke, Meredith Steiner and Abigail Steiner; and his siblings, Ed Clarke (Sue) of Glassboro, Ronald Clarke of Gibbstown and Donna Clarke Chiarello (Joe) of Millville.
