She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis B. Davenport and Gretchen Baker Davenport; her husband Howard "Steve" Halter; her children, Gerald W. Halter and Janet G. Halter; and her siblings, John Davenport, Albert S. Davenport, Sr. and Eileen M. Davenport.
She is survived by: her daughters, Patricia Halter-James of Hopewell Township and Melissa Halter-Harvey of Millville; her grandchildren, Edward Halter, Michael R. James, Jr., Marci Turner (Jim) of Pilesgrove and Christopher Harvey; and her sisters-in-law, Marcella Davenport and Jeanette Halter. She is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and cousins.
