She was predeceased by: her parents, Forrest Cecil and Hazel G. Van Horn (Van Kirk); and her husband Ernest Peter Billow. She is survived by: her children, Elizabeth Ann Billow of Hope, NJ, Susan Marie Alpaugh and John. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
