He was predeceased by: his father Andrew Holmes. He is survived by: his mother Carlene Holmes; his wife Dawn; his daughters, Samantha, Haleigh and Angel; his sons-in-law, James and Zach; his grandson Theodore Scott; and his siblings, Susan Chillemi and Stephan Holmes. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
