He is survived by: his father-in-law Benedicto Ramos; his wife Sherry; his children, Liam of Middlesex and Riley of Middlesex; his parents, Joan Marshall and Richard D. Marshall Sr. of Hopatcong; his siblings, Laura McConnell (Todd) of Oak Ridge and Robert Marshall (Mindi) of Mt. Olive; his mother-in-law Nenita Ramos of Middlesex; and his siblings-in-law, Jean Maligaya (Jun) of Las Vegas, NV, Joy Molina (Ellan) of Las Vegas, NV and John Ramos (Mardi) of Piscataway. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
