He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul C., Sr. and Elizabeth (Sandrue); his brother John Holick; and his stepfather James Dunlap. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth "Betty"; his son Stephen Holick (Meredith); his grandchildren, Landon, Corinne and Blaire; and his siblings, Ronald Holick, David Holick (Sandy) and Barbara Vorhies. He is also survived by brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law.
