She is survived by: her children, Rex Blackwell Jr., Elizabeth Absalon, Diana Rieg (Thomas), Deanna Lorenzo and Patricia Blackwell; her brother Alfonso Picone (Jane); and her niece Laura. She is also survived by 22 great grandchildren.
