With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jason Emilio Forte of Hopatcong, New Jersey, born in Brooklyn, New York, who passed away on June 18, 2024 at the age of 49. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Patrick J. Forte, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Kimberly; his sons, Kyle Forte and Danny Forte; his mother Kathleen Forte; his brother Patrick Forte (Kelli); his parents-in-law, Jim and Mic; his siblings-in-law, Lori and Jimmy; and his nieces and nephews, Jacob, Angelo, Samantha and Laci. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
