She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Dover and Hopatcong; her brother Peter Quartano; her husband Joseph; her children, Kellyann Devine of Effort, PA and Joseph P. (Christine) of Bloomsburg, PA; and her grandchildren, Tyler, Hunter, Madeline, Brayden and Trevor. She was also cherished by five sisters, one brother and numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
