He is survived by: his children, Cynthia Urban Thee, Timothy Urban (Cindy), Jill Steensen (Joel), Laura Simpson (Glen) and Amy Urban (Gussy); his stepdaughter Kelly O'Reilly (Alan); his grandchildren, Michael, Chelsea, Julia, Janelle, Eric, Blaise, Reina, Colton, Halle, Melina, Kiyon, Kash, Koah, Gus, Jada, Lea, Phoebe, Mila, Maggie, Finlay, Ella, Charlie and Koalbie; and his sister Patricia Muldoon (Phil).
