With solemn reverence, we commemorate Arthur G. Smith of Hopatcong, New Jersey, whose life came to an end on January 30, 2025 at the age of 82, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Smith and Eloise Smith (Malone); his daughters, Catherine and Elizabeth; and his brother William.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Jeanne (Hill); his daughter Michele Bielawski; his son-in-law Edward Bielawski; and his grandson Daniel Bielawski.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Leber-Lakeside Funeral Home (150 Landing Rd, Landing, NJ 07850). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Jude RC Church (40 Maxim Dr, Hopatcong, NJ 07843). A graveside service was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Woodlawn National Cemetery (1825 Davis St, Elmira, NY 14901).
