He was predeceased by: his wife Enid E. Jack; and his parents, Violet Sr and Walter Jack Sr.. He is survived by: his daughters, Katherine (Scott Clark) and Jennifer (Stephen Gracheck); his grandchildren, Jessica, Lauren, Katherine and Paige; his sister Carol (Arthur Hadland); and his nieces and nephews, Sherry Ferina and Michael Hadland. He is also survived by his children and grandchildren.
